We've made some great improvements again to make your experience with our app even better! Here's what's new:

• Create your own stock locations: You can now easily create your own stock locations. This can be done manually, or by scanning a stock location code.
• Managing stock locations: After creating all your stock locations, you can also manage them completely as you wish. Organize, modify, delete ... You're in control.
• Add stock items: You easily add your items to your stock locations by scanning barcodes of stock items or by searching for them manually or via and voice command. Super fast and super easy.

Search
You can now search by name or article number. Searching by name or article code is now lightning fast

The order overview has clearer icons
Ordering more or fewer items has become easier
The order icon at the top right has been enlarged to make it more visible

Lists
Create your own lists by clicking on the 'heart' icon
Lists contain, for example, the most ordered or favorite items. This makes ordering even easier. Create as many lists as you want. Add items to lists by searching for them by name. Or add them by scanning a barcode. Just click on the 'squares' icon.

Stock Management
This can be found under the 'box' icon and is called 'My Stock'. Manage your stock by creating your own locations

Internet connection: The app now clearly shows when there is no with the Internet. You can take orders as usual when there is no internet connection. Once there is connection again, the orders will still be sent automatically. 

Include reference with order: A reference can now be included with an order (think of a project number or other additional information. NOTE This is a separate setting for wholesale)

From now on you can also search by item number: We are doing everything we can to make ordering and managing inventory as easy as possible. In this version we have fixed some minor bug fixes

We have put a lot of time into improving the speed at which the information of the scanned article is displayed. This now happens as much as 8x faster than before. In practice, it means that the article information is now available by return.

In this version, it becomes possible to present the same article in multiple languages! The language presented depends on the language setting you have selected.

Under a (unique) item number, a product description can be included in multiple languages (EN, DE, FR, NL). The app users will automatically see the description in the language in which the app is set up. This is especially a great update for wholesalers in multilingual countries or for those who operate in multiple language areas. 

In this version, we have made the following changes

- Support of MSI - PLESSEY bar code format

- Browsing through stock locations with many items has been improved

- The wholesaler can create a Start List of the orderer's favorite items

- This Start List will be immediately visible in the app for the Orderer

- From this Start List, items can be ordered directly by selecting them and sending (the order).

NEW! Managing inventory was already possible within the web version of BarTrack. At the request of many of our order takers, this functionality is now also available in the App.

You create your own stock locations and add items to them. Ordering is then child's play. Select the item from the list or simply scan the barcode. The item is then ordered from the wholesaler of your choice. With the BarTrack app, all item information is now available on your mobile. From detailed product information to images of the article.

Sound complicated? Then meet Barry Track, our virtual assistant in the App. After answering a few questions, he'll know what your inventory situation is and send you a welcome packet. With this, you can get started right away.

My Stock

• Want to know where you have a specific item in stock? This is now easier than ever. Search the stock manager by (own) item number or name of the item. The stock location will be shown where this article is held in stock

• You can now have a stock item ordered automatically. This can be set for each article. When taking out the article you scan the barcode and indicate how many articles you  take out. The moment the number of stock items falls below the minimum number of items this item is automatically added to your order list.

My Orders

• It is now possible to book receipts of materials. If the item is added to the stock manager, the number of items in stock (current stock) is immediately updated
• In the overview of your orders, the name of the project is now listed in addition to the reference
